And if you’re lucky, you can have your very own FREE Menagerie Burlesque T-Shirt.
Oh, you read that right. But in case you didn’t believe it the first time, allow me to say it again: you can get an incredibly comfy, sexy, stylish Menagerie Burlesque Company T-Shirt for free. Click the link, tell us a little about, well. . .us, and ta-da! You’re entered to win.
Do it—you know you want to.
And do it right now—the contest will end on December 5th!
Big news. Big. HUGE.
Almost as big as the hair.
Oh, you KNOW it! Kiki Roquette is coming to Sausage Fest!
Kiki Roquette is known as “Saskatoon herself” when it comes to drag. After being the most visible drag queen in Saskatoon over the last 5 years, her reputation enters the room before she does. Good thing? Bad thing? You decide…
She’s done every gig a drag queen can do, from countless fundraisers and charitable events to weddings and bachelorette parties—and of course her sold our shows at Divas. Now that she’s semi-retired, you won’t see her nearly as much. But she’s shaving the beard and coming out for this sausage party. She’s always been a big fan of sausage.
We have a sneaking suspicion some of you are big fans of sausage, too. If we’re right, then we’ll see you (and you’ll see an awful lot of us) at the show.
We’re proud to present Marcel Petit’s short film Tomahawk Fever as part of our Sausage Fest celebration of masculinity.

Saskatchewan artist Marcel Petit has considerable experience in the arts. He is an independent producer, filmmaker, actor, photographer and playwright from Saskatoon where he runs his independent production company m.pet productions.
Marcel has several film and video works to his name including short dramatic pieces to several short videos to feature documentaries. He is a community activist and strong believer in hope and change.
He also loves Star Wars and is a Metis Jedi.
Intrigued? Good. We can’t wait to satisfy your curiosity.

We’re a few days closer to Sausage Fest: A Burlesque Show, and here to help heat things up is our next guest: Brett Dawson!
Brett Dawson is a contact juggler with a bit of a tragic back story. As a young man he chopped off his thumb in an unfortunate hatchet accident. Thankfully, doctors were able to sew it back on. What they didn’t realize was that while sewing they were sowing the seeds of prop manipulation into his very being! From that moment forth Brett was granted the very unusual skill of ball handling. Later he learned to wiggle his wand. His day job even involves wiggling his wand in wet holes.
The Menagerie Burlesque Company is proud to have this wand-wiggling ball handler in the lineup for this show!
Sausage Fest: A Burlesque Show

Our next show, Sausage Fest: A Burlesque Show, is a celebration of masculinity in all forms. And we’re excited—so VERY excited—to have the talented Charlie Peters performing onstage with us.
“Charlie is delighted to be performing with the Menagerie. He figures he’s been watching them take their clothes off for long enough that he might as well get up onstage with them! Charlie is a Saskatoon-based theatre and opera director, actor, lighting designer, playwright, dramaturge, poet, and clown. He has a BFA in Acting from the University of Saskatchewan and is the recipient of the Saskatoon and Area Theatre Award for Outstanding Emerging Artist (2013) and Outstanding Lighting Design (2015). His work has been seen on stages across Saskatchewan and Western Canada. Charlie also works as a theatre educator with youth in need, using drama skills to build community, awareness, and self-confidence through active, imaginative learning. www.charliepeters.ca”
Come see Charlie onstage and in-clown as Clip Pullstring at the Menagerie Burlesque Company production of Sausage Fest: A Burlesque Show, November 18-19 at the Nutana Legion.
